Working Side By Side With A Common Goal
Phil Stubbs, the owner/administrator of Dreams Terry Gilliam Fanzine website and Theresa Shell owner/administrator of The Imaginarium Of Dr. Parnassus Support Site and The Man Who Killed Don Quixote Support Site met last night in Los Angeles where the three websites committed to work side by side to support director, Terry Gilliam and his new film, “The Man Who Killed Don Quixote”.
Dreams Terry Gilliam Fanzine, which is based in the UK and has been in existence for approximately 13 years is the best known and most respected source of information on Gilliam and his films. The Imaginarium Of Dr. Parnassus Support Site, based in LA, is a site dedicated to raising public awareness of Dr. Parnassus around the world and became known as the voice of the film throughout the world this year. Theresa and the site’s members will continue their mission through their new site for “The Man Who Killed Don Quixote”.
There have been almost 1.75 million hits to these websites throughout the period of time leading up to the release of “The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus” and as it has been released in theaters around the world. The fans and members who participate are from all corners of the world. All three sites are very proactive and it is the fans’ goal to show greater and more innovative support of Terry Gilliam’s work with each and every film from the visionary director.
